Many borrowers fall

"hard money" may be the answer. Hard money loans are nowadays
primarily private money loans. While we may be able to help
if you have a lot of equity, chances are, you need to seek a private
lender.

are NOT a private lender. If you do find a private hard money
lender, loans can be done very quickly. Very little paperwork is required. In most cases, only an
application, appraisal and a quick credit report is required.
